4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved 2 teaspoons lemon zest
16 ounces fusilli pasta, cooked al dente 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled 1/8 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped salt and pepper to taste
